Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of purchasing CF Brandt Jewelers products and/or services. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by CF Brandt Jewelers. You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the site.
Return and Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased from us, you may return it for a refund or store credit within 30 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns on items that are damaged or altered or on custom orders. Items must be returned in their original condition.To return or exchange an item, please email us at cfbrandtjewelers@gmail.com for a return authorization number. For your protection, any items being returned via US Mail or other carrier should be insured for the full purchase amount. CF Brandt Jewelers is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Store credit or refund is issued upon receipt and inspection of the item. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs.
Repair Policy
We offer repairs due to user wear, production fault, lost earring mates, or any other alteration to a piece of CF Brandt jewelry. We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and are happy to provide repairs due to breakage or damage free of charge for six months from the date of purchase. After six months, repairs may incur a charge. Elective repairs, such as ring resizing or chain lengthening, or errors by the customer typically involve a charge and are repaired at the owner’s expense.
Payments
We currently accept payments in store and over the phone by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Check or Paypal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order confirmation. In filling out the payment requirements, you confirm that you are an authorized user of the credit/debit card. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
If the issuer of the credit/debit card rejects authorization of payment to CF Brandt Jewelers, we will not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Sales Tax
Are purchases and services are subject to 6% Maryland sales tax.
Shipping
All orders ship USPS Priority Mail. We require a physical address and signature verification. Shipping and handling charges within the United States are $9.95 per order. Expedited shipping is available. Please email for rates. Customers can track their shipments at www.usps.com. We do ship internationally, however, there are absolutely NO returns or exchanges on international shipments.
Ownership of Content
